Stillness Organisational Stress Assessment (SOSA)

SOSA is a proprietary assessment and benchmarking tool that allows us to map your organisation’s relationship with stress.

Quick & easy to complete

Taking around 10 minutes to complete, SOSA a survey-based tool distributed to your teams via email. It provides immediate useful metrics for identifying gaps in the support structures that alleviate stress.

Rooted in science

SOSA is based on research and data from a wide variety of health and behavioural sources, including the NHS, APA, and HSE, as well as SCARF and ADKAR. It is based on the six attributes most likely to cause negative stress when either over- and under- expressed in a system.

Informs valuable insights

As the first step in the process, SOSA also plays a vital role in shaping activities designed to address systemic stress. When coupled with other diagnostics, it provides a clear snapshot of the current state and offers insights into how best to move forward.
