Our founders are aligned around a common purpose: to create generative, healthy and resilient organisational nervous systems.
We have drawn on a diverse network of psychologists, behavioural scientists, and HR and OD specialists to inform our position and shape our approach to workplace stress. Everything we do is research-backed and systems-led.
Meet the Team
Alice and Rob have 40+ years of experience between them in leadership behaviour, performance, communications and culture. Collectively, we’ve worked with close to 100 organisations of all types and scales, across sectors and geographies.

Founder
Alice founded Stillness Partners after 12 years as director of brand, communications and culture agency Neatline Creative. She has 25 years of experience devising brand, culture and communications strategies and leading programmes for more than 40 businesses worldwide. Her work has largely focused on the role purpose, storytelling, culture and internal engagement play in supporting creativity and enabling business outcomes. Alice is a qualified facilitator, mentor and breathwork coach.

Founder
In addition to Stillness Partners, Rob is the founder of Trana Consulting. For more than 20 years, Rob has worked with a range of organisations to facilitate the skills, mindsets and processes that establish consistent high performance. His focus has largely been on accelerating the development of SMEs, helping leaders embed the culture required for the next phase of their organisation's development.
